Payment Processing
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number based on the timetable that is provided by us on the day of release of the item. For example, usually we will inform the customers that the drop is either premade or preorder. Premade can take up to 1 week to receive your tracking. While preorders can take up to 3-6 weeks. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc., has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.


Shipping & Fulfillment
 Most of our releases are Preorder only unless communicated otherwise. For preorders please allow 3-6 weeks for fulfillment. If longer we will reach out to you directly via email or updates through our Instagram stories to let you know. We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.  LES ENTREES and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package.
